Salon Etiquette:

Please arrive on time.  In the event that you arrive 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, this may result in abbreviated services or needing to reschedule. Facial guests, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in. Be ready to enjoy yourself in a quiet atmosphere.  Please be conscious that we are a relaxation destination for many clients.  Cell phones should be off and young children are best kept at home.

Cancellation Policy:

I request a 48 hour notice on appointment changes or cancellations.  Any appointments that are canceled without a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of your service cost.  Same day cancellations and no-show appointments may result in 100% charge. 

Appointments are booked, changed and/or canceled ONLINE only.  

Retail Shopping:

You are welcome to shop in-store during your appointment time.  Otherwise, online shopping is available 24/7.  Local in-store pick up is available on Tuesdays + Thursdays from 11-4pm only.  Standard shipping applies to all other orders.
