Jennie is the Owner and Creative Director at Jennie Fresa Makeup and Skincare Boutique.  Jennie has over 15 years of experience as a professional Makeup Artist and Aesthetician. Before starting her own business 6 years ago, Jennie worked as a New York City Trainer and International Makeup Artist for beauty maven, Trish McEvoy.  After moving back to CT from NYC, she realized local ladies lacked options for makeup services beyond bustling hair salons, outdated makeup chains or busy department stores.  To create a unique beauty destination of her own, Jennie now offers professional, personalized services in her adorable and intimate beauty boutique.  When not primping faces, she loves the thrill of hunting for designer labels at consignment shops, antiquing, happy hour with her in-laws (yes, really!) and cuddling with her fella and black lab, Ellie.

Kelly is our Veteran Makeup Artist and well, put simply, a rock star!  She has been involved in many capacities of the beauty industry for almost 10 years.  When she is not making pretty at Jennie Fresa, she is busy teaching 4th Graders, preparing home cooked meals for her hubby, spending time with their rottie, Daisy, and reading the book series Twilight (Team Edward).  Her current obsession is TV series, Sons of Anarchy.

Lindsay is a Lead Makeup Artist and our Product Specialist.  She has been with Jennie Fresa for three years and we feel over the moon lucky to have her. She is self-taught, having learned many of her makeup techniques from her modeling days.  In fact, it was on one particular shoot, picking through the makeup artist’s kit, that she realized it was the makeup artistry she really loved – not the modeling.  Lindsay is always “in the know” when it comes to the latest makeup and skincare products, and when she is not waving her brushes around the boutique beautifying clients, she works as a stylist and visual merchandiser for Ann Taylor in NYC.  In her spare time, Lindsay loves being with her boys – her husband, Paul, and their 120-lb. dog, Moose.

Maureen is one talented Makeup Artist and our Bridal Coordinator at Jennie Fresa.  She’s been doing makeup since playing in her Mom’s Avon samples as a young girl.  Professionally, she started 9 years ago at MAC in New York.  Since then, she’s been on the scene at NYC Fashion Week, called upon by pageant queens and many, many brides in New England and beyond.   We could not be more excited to have Maureen on the team.  She is an amazing Mom to her adorable 2 year old daughter and enjoys spending time hanging out with her close friends on days off.  She is also our in-house Lash Extension Specialist.

Meet Olivia, our Boutiquerie Concierge and Makeup Intern.  This PYT loves to make people feel special, which is why we have her greeting all of our lovely clients here at the Boutique.  She is very creative and a natural born makeup artist.  Aside from doing all things beauty, she really enjoys power cleaning (she’s obsessed with her Dyson vacuum), shopping at Anthropologie and playing on Pinterest .  She’s extremely happy to be a part of our family and we’re just as happy to have her!

Shelly joined the Jennie Fresa family about 2 years ago.  She studied modern dance for 15 years where she discovered her true passion for makeup.  After graduating on the deans list with a degree in Broadcasting from Middlesex College she changed her mind about communications and decided to enter the exciting world of beauty instead.  We are so smitten to have this lively Gemini lady assist on our traveling beauty team.  When she’s not being a Jennie Fresa worker bee,  she loves scouring the racks at H&M, hiking and spending time at the beach with her boyfriend.
